Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and websites provided by Wolfigs (“Wolfigs”, “we”, “us”), including Weblay, our visual in-place website editor, and wolfigs.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Weblay lets you make and publish visual edits to your own websites through a dashboard, an on-site editor connector, and an API. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may set reasonable limits (for example, upload size and per-site storage) to keep the service reliable.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or edit through the service (“Your Content”). You grant Wolfigs a limited license to store, process, and serve Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to use it, including any images you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to edit sites you do not own or are not authorized to modify; • upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; • attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its security controls; • abuse rate limits, storage, or other shared resources; or • use the service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure (for example, cloud storage and email delivery). Your use of the service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. Wolfigs is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Wolfigs and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our branding or software except the right to use the service as intended. Open-source components are provided under their respective licenses.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolfigs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if the service was free, one hundred US dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
